In 2011, GMA Network offered an afternoon line-up which continued the success of Koreana, Trudis Liit, Basahang Ginto and Bantatay. It includes Nita Negrita, Magic Palayok, Alakdana, Sisid and My Lover, My Wife. In the primetime line-up, GMA released I Heart You, Pare!, Dwarfina, Machete, Captain Barbell, Munting Heredera, the first historical drama of the Philippines entitled Amaya and they offered the first TV remake drama series Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin.

480i is a shorthand name for the video mode used for standard-definition analog or digital television in Caribbean, Myanmar, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Laos, Western Sahara, and most of the Americas (with the exception of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay). The 480 identifies a vertical resolution of 480 lines, and the i identifies it as an interlaced resolution. The field rate, which is 60 Hz (or 59.94 Hz when used with NTSC color), is sometimes included when identifying the video mode, i.e. 480i60; another notation, endorsed by both the International Telecommunication Union in BT.601 and SMPTE in SMPTE 259M, includes the frame rate, as in 480i/30.

Wilma Valle Galvante (born February 24, 1952) is the former head of TV5's entertainment division and former GMA Network's senior vice president for entertainment; she is also a producer of numerous TV shows.

Polo Ravales

He was also seen in other GMA shows like Sine Novela: Basahang Ginto which he plays Anton, he guested in Claudine Presents: Love Thy Neighbor which he plays a rich driver with his co-stars Claudine Barreto, and former love team and now long-time friend Sunshine Dizon, and also recently seen on Grazilda, in which appears as Matthew Dominguez. In 2011, he joined a former Drama series Sinner Or Saint. He began a new show, Hiram na Puso, which sometimes airs this March 5, 2012 on GMA 7. In 2014 he went back to acting in film for cinema playing the role of Franco, a violent husband in Sinners and Saints, directed by Fil-Italian director Ruben Maria Soriquez.

Sine Novela is a Philippine television drama series broadcast by GMA Network. The series is a television adaptation of Philippine films. It premiered on April 30, 2007 on the network's Dramarama sa Hapon line up replacing Princess Charming. The series concluded on October 22, 2010 with a total of 21 instalments and 1,727 episodes. It was replaced by Little Star in its timeslot.

J. C. de Vera

He has been named as GMA Network's Drama Prince after they highly rated and praised Philippine dramas like Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso, Pasan Ko Ang Daigdig and Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita, where he was paired with Yasmien Kurdi. JC has also paired up with Rhian Ramos in LaLola and Heart Evangelista in Sine Novela's Ngayon at Kailanman. JC was paired up with Jackie Rice in the recently concluded fantaserye of GMA Network, Panday Kids. De Vera was transferred to TV5 and signed a three-year contract. He was formally introduced on March 17, 2010 as one of the new talents to the network. His last appearance was Cassandra: Warrior Angel.

Kris Bernal

Bernal became part of different GMA Network shows including Boys Nxt Door, Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan, and Dyesebel. Although she started in showbiz with Escudero as her partner, Bernal garnered more attention when she was paired with present love team partner Aljur Abrenica. Bernal and Abrenica starred in their first afternoon series Sine Novela: Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin? in 2009 and a primetime drama series All My Life in the same year. Bernal has also appeared in the movie Mag-ingat Ka Sa... Kulam with Judy Ann Santos and Dennis Trillo.

Arci Muñoz

Before gaining the leading lady status, Arci Munoz played some evil villain and cunning roles in Princess Charming (2007), Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso (2007), Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan (2007), and Maging Akin Ka Lamang (2008). Later in 2009, Arci played the main antagonist role of Donna Benitez in Ngayon at Kailanman. Donna is the obsessive girlfriend of Edwin (played by JC de Vera) who will do everything for him even committing murder, kidnapping, and vile schemes. In 2010, she appeared as the Melanie Tecson, a recurring antagonist in Langit sa Piling Mo.

Yasmien Kurdi

In May 2007, after her success in the Bakekang series as "Charming", Kurdi starred in Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso with JC de Vera. She played Jenna, a maid who has an eye on her employer's grandson. In its press conference, GMA Network crowned her as its GMA Drama Princess. On September 10, 2007, Kurdi starred again with JC de Vera in Pasan Ko Ang Daigdig, which originally starred Sharon Cuneta in 1987. After their huge success as a loveteam in Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso, GMA cast them both in Sine Novela. The network gave them an adaptation of another Sharon Cuneta movie, Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita. The series crushed its rival My Girl.

Karel Marquez

She starred in GMA's afternoon Philippine television drama Pati Ba Pintig Ng Puso?. She was also a mainstay in GMA's Sunday variety program SOP. She hosted a segment in GMA's gag show Bitoy's Funniest Videos, titled "Just 4 Kikays". She co-starred in GMA's primetime Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan, as Lyka. She was one-half of the cover girls in the November 2006 edition of FHM Philippines. Marquez, alongside Drew Arellano, was also a co-host in Coca-Cola: Ride To Fame, a reality talent show. She was also a radio DJ. She starred in GMA's Philippine television drama My Husband's Lover.

Vaness del Moral

One great evidence on that is that she appeared in some of GMA's major shows such as Dyesebel, Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan and in Impostora. She is also in the movie One True Love. Recently, del Moral played Dennis Trillo's sister in Adik Sa'Yo. After her Adik Sa'yo Role, she played Jennylyn Mercado's cousin in Ikaw Sana. In 2010, she is in the Sine Novela's Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak and even the show is still in air, she is now had her biggest break yet, her villain role in Basahang Ginto opposite Carla Abellana. After her Basahang Ginto stint, Vaness also starred in the 2012 soap Faithfully and 2013 soap Kahit Nasaan Ka Man. In 2014 during daytime drama The Half Sisters as Jackie Silverio.

Miguel Tanfelix

He was Young Aldrin Griego in Pati Ba Pintig ng Puso, Young Junjun in La Vendetta, and Langit sa Piling Mo's Young Thirdy among others. In 2014, Tanfelix received his biggest break to date when he was given the titular role of Niño. His portrayal as a mentally challenged boy received three different acting nominations from PMPC Star Awards for TV, PEP List Awards and Golden Screen TV Awards. The same year, Tanfelix joined Sunday All Stars as a co-host and a performer. Tanfelix also starred in the comedy sitcom Ismol Family with his love team Bianca Umali. Tanfelix led his second Primetime series, Once Upon a Kiss, during the first three months of 2015.

Maureen Larrazabal (born September 23, 1979) is a Filipina actress, singer and commercial model who is one of the regular mainstays of the TV sitcom Bubble Gang of GMA Network. Before venturing into movie and television, Larrazabal was with the Big Deal band who often performs abroad. She was with the band for 5 years.
