Goregrish.com

Controversy arose when the autopsy images of Ngatikaura Ngati appeared on goregrish.com and bestgore.com, which some have characterized as pornographic. Current New Zealand Children’s Commissioner Dr. Russell Wills said he was "appalled" at their use. Even though shock sites did not create the photos, the images nevertheless fueled a squabble between bestgore.com and goregrish.com in 2011, wherein one lodged an unsuccessful DMCA (copyright) complaint with Google against the other. Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought. This state of mind may, depending upon the jurisdiction, distinguish murder from other forms of unlawful homicide, such as manslaughter. Manslaughter is a killing committed in the absence of malice, brought about by reasonable provocation, or diminished capacity. Involuntary manslaughter, where it is recognized, is a killing that lacks all but the most attenuated guilty intent, recklessness.

Pornography may be presented in a variety of media, including books, magazines, postcards, photographs, sculpture, drawing, painting, animation, sound recording, writing, film, video, and video games. The term applies to the depiction of the act rather than the act itself, and so does not include live exhibitions like sex shows and striptease. Frank Guida

F. GuidaGuida
Apart from his hits with Bonds, his most famous song is "If You Wanna Be Happy", recorded by Jimmy Soul. Australian singer, Joe Dolce, recorded a cover version of "If You Wanna Be Happy", in 1981, with a new set of Italian-themed lyrics. Guida wrote Dolce about the new version: '"If You Want to Be Happy" has got to be as good if not just a wee better than 'Shaddap You Face'. Frankly I never dreamed anyone could come up with such a great and incredibly different arrangement. Sure, the new lyrics are excellent but the whole Italo-Anglo melodic fusion is absolutely fantastic. As a hard-nosed and proud Italian-American, I do not in anyway find it offensive or demeaning.

Max Woiski Jr.

He went on to have hits with the songs Rijst met kouseband (Rice with garter) in 1962 and Je bent nog niet gelukkig met een mooie vrouw (You are not happy yet with a beautiful woman) in 1963, which was a cover of If You Wanna Be Happy. Around this time he was very successful in the Netherlands and won an Edison Award. After a business conflict, four members left his band and founded their own. Woiski A Go Go.
