A report on Bruderschaft des Kreuzes, Ares (wrestler) and King of Trios

He first used a Japanese gimmick before changing it to a Swiss banker, along with Ares, together known as Swiss Money Holding.

Castagnoli entered the 2009 King of Trios teaming with Bryan Danielson and Dave Taylor as Team Uppercut.

After beating the entire tecnico roster Castagnoli aligned himself with Ares, Tursas, Pinkie Sanchez, Tim Donst, Sara Del Rey and Daizee Haze to form the Bruderschaft des Kreuzes.

He would make his in-ring return on March 18, 2006, at a Westside Xtreme Wrestling event, where he defeated Ares for the wXw World Heavyweight Championship.

2007 started with Quackenbush, Jigsaw and Storm defeating Team Canada (Jagged, Shane Matthews and Max Boyer), Team TNA (Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin and Sonjay Dutt), Team Mucha Lucha (Lince Dorado, El Pantera and Sicodelico, Jr.) and finally Miyawaki, Yoshiaki Yago and Kudo to win the inaugural King of Trios tournament.

In 2010 Quackenbush became embroiled in a feud with Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (BDK), who had formed on the final show of 2009 and were threatening to take over Chikara, with its members quickly winning the Young Lions Cup, Campeonatos de Parejas and King of Trios, while also having one of its members as the Chikara Director of Fun.

Kingston, along with fellow BLKOUT stable members Joker and Ruckus, went on to the finals of the 2008 King of Trios tournament, coming up short against the team of El Pantera, Incognito and Lince Dorado, when Kingston tapped out to Dorado's Chikara Special.

At the end of the event Kingston's suspicions about Castagnoli were proven right as he turned rudo and formed the stable Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (BDK).

On January 31, 2010, at the season nine premiere Kingston, now a tecnico, replaced Lince Dorado, after he had turned on his tecnico teammates and joined BDK, and teamed up with Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw and Equinox in an eight-man tag team match against Castagnoli, Ares, Tursas and Dorado.

His accomplishments in the promotion include becoming the inaugural Young Lions Cup Champion, a one-time Campeon de Parejas, a two-time Grand Champion and the winner of the 2003 Tag World Grand Prix and 2012 King of Trios tournaments.

In 2010 Incoherence began feuding with Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (BDK).

After the tournament Chikara announced that Incoherence would challenge for the Campeonatos de Parejas, held by BDK's Claudio Castagnoli and Ares, on May 23 at Chikara's eighth anniversary show.

He is a former one-time Chikara Grand Champion and winner of the 2012 King of Trios tournament.

This time both men removed their masks and revealed themselves as Ares and Tursas.

Following the event, UltraMantis met with Quackenbush and claimed that in order to defeat the new group, named Bruderschaft des Kreuzes, tecnicos and rudos would have to join forces as they now had a common enemy.

After one of them revealed himself to be Ares, and he, the still-masked other BDK member, Claudio Castagnoli, Carpenter Ant (who later unmasked to reveal he was Pinkie Sanchez), Sara Del Rey and Daizee Haze started to beat down members of the tecnico roster who came to ringside, Vökoder beat down UltraMantis and returned the Eye to Ares.

He then joined the new group, which became known as Bruderschaft des Kreuzes.

In early 2011, when Ares, Castagnoli and Tursas decided not to enter the 2011 King of Trios, Donst was placed in charge of leading BDK in the tournament.

In Chikara, Fire Ant and Soldier Ant are one time Campeones de Parejas, Fire Ant is a one time Young Lions Cup Champion, Fire Ant and Soldier Ant won the 2008 Tag World Grand Prix, Carpenter Ant won the 2009 Torneo Cibernetico and Fire Ant, Soldier Ant and Green Ant (now known as Silver Ant) won the 2011 King of Trios.

On November 22, 2009, at Three-Fisted Tales, Carpenter Ant became a rudo and unmasked to reveal himself as Pinkie Sanchez, while also joining the Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (BDK).

On April 25 The Colony defeated Team Osaka Pro (Atsushi Kotoge, Daisuke Harada and Tadasuke) to make their way to the finals of the tournament, where they were defeated by the BDK trio of Ares, Castagnoli and Tursas, when referee Derek Sabato turned rudo, revealed himself as being aligned with BDK and performed a fast count to end the match.

In early 2008 Amasis and Ophidian entered the King of Trios tournament along with Mecha Mummy forming Team Egypt.

On April 23, 2010, The Osirian Portal got in on the 2010 King of Trios tournament through a back door, when a random draw picked them to replace Team Mexico, who no-showed the event, and face the Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (BDK) (Ares, Claudio Castagnoli and Tursas) in the first round.

The following April, Okabayashi returned to Chikara to represent BJW in the 2010 King of Trios tournament, where he formed a trio with Sekimoto and Kankuro Hoshino.

They made it to the semifinals, before being eliminated by Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (Ares, Claudio Castagnoli and Tursas).

The Olsens returned in February 2007 during the King of Trios weekend in a match, where they were brutalized at the hands of Yoshiaki Yago and MIYAWAKI.

On January 31, 2010, Equinox and Dorado joined forces with Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw in an eight-man tag team match against Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (Claudio Castagnoli, Ares, Tursas and a mystery partner).
