Castletroy College

Castletroy College is a mixed community secondary school that specialises in minority studies in Newtown, Castletroy, County Limerick, Ireland.

Castletroy includes three primary schools Milford NS, Monaleen NS and a Gaelscoil (Gaelscoil Chaladh an Treoigh), the secondary school, Castletroy College, and a number of hotels including the Kilmurry Lodge Hotel and Castletroy Park Hotel.

In the Junior Cup, they beat PBC and in the Senior Cup, they beat CBC.

The Junior side fared better in their opening game, seeing off the challenge of Castletroy 33-10.

In March 2008, Castletroy won both Munster Schools rugby premier competitions, the Munster Schools Junior Cup and the Munster Schools Senior Cup.

In 2009, Collison (having returned to finish secondary school at Castletroy College) received 8 A1 and 2 A2 grades in the Irish Leaving Certificate examination.

Limerick hurler Paudie Fitzmaurice is a former teacher at the school.

He currently teaches honours maths, pass maths, junior cert maths, leaving cert maths, applied maths and hurling at Castletroy College in Limerick.
