Facejacker is a Channel 4 comedy series which started on 16 April 2010.

Kayvan Novak

Kayvan Novak adopts various disguises (with the aid of prosthetics), including several characters heard in Fonejacker.
He is also known for co-creating and starring in the spin-off series Facejacker from 2010 to 2012 and for his role as Waj in the 2010 comedy film Four Lions.


It follows the similar show Fonejacker.
Renamed Facejacker, the new show began airing on 16 April 2010.

Ed Tracy is a British television writer and television director who collaborated with the comedian Kayvan Novak to create all of the Fonejacker and Facejacker television shows.

It appeared on Channel 4's Come Dine With Me when a contestant was filmed shopping for the programme in the Blackburn store, and appeared on Channel 4's Facejacker which aired on 27 March 2012 at 10pm, in the Nuneaton store, when the self service checkout was 'taken over'.

Kayvan Novak created a parody of the show called "Lizard's Lair" for his character Terry Tibbs on an episode of his show Facejacker where unsuspecting entrepreneurs were led to believe they could receive an investment from Terry in a very similar style to Dragons' Den.

Whilst playing the character Terry Tibbs in a spoof episode of 'The Secret Millionaire' on his show Facejacker, Kayvan Novak visits a working men's club in Swansea whilst dressed as an Orthodox Jew and is pressured into an ad lib performance entitled "We are the Jews of Golders Green".

The first episode was watched by 1.877 million viewers, an 8.8% audience share, ahead of the first episode of Facejacker (1.186m) on Channel 4, and an episode of Grey's Anatomy (0.853m) on Five.
