Fonejacker is a British comedy programme broadcast on E4 featuring a series of prank calls involving a number of different characters performed by British Iranian television actor Kayvan Novak. In 2005 Kayvan Novak and Ed Tracy created, wrote and directed Fonejacker, a prank call show, as part of Channel 4 Comedy Lab.
He is best known for co-creating and starring in the comedy series Fonejacker from 2006 to 2008 with a one-off in 2012 (for which he won the BAFTA Television Award for Best Comedy (Programme or Series) in 2008).

Facejacker

Renamed Facejacker, the new show began airing on 16 April 2010.
It follows the similar show Fonejacker.

Ed Tracy

In 2005 Kayvan Novak and Ed Tracy created, wrote and directed Fonejacker, a prank call show, as part of Channel 4 Comedy Lab.
Ed Tracy is a British television writer and television director who collaborated with the comedian Kayvan Novak to create all of the Fonejacker and Facejacker television shows.

Pre-recorded guest questions came from Katy Perry, the Fonejacker, Alan Carr, Sarah Silverman and Sir Alan Sugar.

Fonejacker, a show started on April 5, 2007 on E4, stars Kayvan Novak performing prank calls to the general public and being shown with animated pictures in a Monty Python style with their mouths moving and live recordings as the victim receives the call.
