From 2012 to 2014, Fowles portrayed Eaglebones Falconhawk in two seasons of The Aquabats' live-action cable television series The Aquabats! Super Show!, on which he also worked composing original songs as well as bits of the series' score.
The Aquabats consist of singer The MC Bat Commander (Christian Jacobs), the swaggering leader of the group; bassist Crash McLarson (Chad Larson), who can grow up to 100 feet in size; drummer Ricky Fitness (Richard Falomir), who has the power of super speed; guitarist EagleBones Falconhawk (Ian Fowles), who's armed with a laser-shooting electric guitar; and keyboardist Jimmy the Robot (James R. Briggs, Jr.), an android.

In June 2015, Fowles and Aquabats drummer Richard Falomir played in former Ramones bassist C. J. Ramones band for an East Coast tour with Shonen Knife.
In 2009, Falomir also briefly served as a touring drummer for the Los Angeles reggae group The Aggrolites, and in June 2014 played drums for C. J. Ramone on an East Coast US tour alongside fellow Aquabats guitarist Ian Fowles.
