On June 2 at Aniversario: Never Compromise, Pieces of Hate defeated 3.0 (Scott Parker and Shane Matthews) to become the new Campeones de Parejas.
Matthews returned to the promotion in February to team with Jagged and Young Lions Cup Champion Maxime Boyer as Team Canada in the 2007 King of Trios, but the team was eliminated from the tournament in the first round by the eventual winners of the entire tournament, Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw and Shane Storm.

On May 7 at Open the Northern Gate Jigsaw and Quackenbush defeated Kamikaze USA representatives Gran Akuma and Akira Tozawa in a tag team match and were then assaulted by their teammates YAMATO and Shingo.

The others qualified were Jigsaw with three votes and Amasis, Brodie Lee, Eddie Kingston, Fire Ant, Hallowicked, Icarus, Mike Quackenbush, Sara Del Rey, UltraMantis Black and Vin Gerard, all with two votes.

17 returned to the ring with Quackenbush on August 18, when he and stablemate The Shard faced Quackenbush and his longtime tag team partner Jigsaw in a tag team match.
