Stand Up America is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization based in New York City focused on “resisting the Trump administration’s corruption and strengthening democracy across the country.” It began in the weeks after the 2016 U.S. presidential election a Facebook community started by Sean Eldridge, but has evolved into one of the country’s largest grassroots organizations with a community of over 2.4 million progressives.
